Fireproof Mastermind Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 23 September 2025
By purchasing, enrolling in, or making a payment toward the Fireproof Mastermind (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Fireproof Mastermind is a high-level business strategy and identity recalibration container designed and delivered by Tarah Baiman | Smashing Sales | Bold Wellness, LLC. This container includes but is not limited to: group coaching calls, content delivery, curriculum access, and support resources. Duration and deliverables are specified on the sales page or official program documentation provided at the time of enrollment.

2. Payment Terms

Upon enrollment, Client agrees to one of the following:

Pay-in-Full Option: A one-time payment of $4,000 USD.
Payment Plan Option: Six (6) consecutive monthly payments of $699 USD, charged automatically to the payment method on file.

All payments are required, in full, regardless of participation level. By choosing the payment plan, Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments and may not cancel, delay, or dispute charges for any reason.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Non-participation in calls or program materials
Scheduling conflicts or time zone issues
Changes in business or personal circumstances
Perceived lack of results or dissatisfaction with content
Duplicate purchases or accidental enrollments

Client understands that enrollment secures a spot in a limited-capacity program and that all payments reflect access to proprietary tools, strategy, and intellectual property.

4. Payment Authorization & Default

By enrolling, Client authorizes Company to charge the payment method provided for the full program fee or the scheduled payment plan.

In the event of a failed payment, Client will be notified, and a 3-day grace period will be granted. If payment is not received within that time:

Access to the program may be suspended or revoked.
Outstanding balances will remain due and may be referred to collections.
Client may be responsible for any associated late fees or legal recovery costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, recordings, and resources shared within the Fireproof Mastermind remain the sole intellectual property of Company. Client may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose program materials in whole or in part without explicit written permission.

6. Client Responsibility

Client is responsible for their own participation, implementation, and results. The Company provides tools, strategy, and support, but does not guarantee income or outcomes.

Lack of participation (including failure to attend live calls, complete materials, or engage in the container) does not absolve Client from payment obligations.

7. Confidentiality & Community Integrity

Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of other participants and uphold a respectful, non-disruptive presence in the community space. Company reserves the right to remove any client whose behavior is harmful, aggressive, or inappropriate — without refund.

8. Legal & Binding Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State/Country]. By completing payment, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms.

This Agreement is legally binding.
